Project 01 · Our own development
This is Alfava's own development, built to demonstrate our capabilities across agricultural project development, implementation, operations and continuous improvement. The project also serves as a platform for innovation, allowing us to test, learn and improve year after year.
The project was developed to do more than produce fruit. It provides Alfava with a real operating environment in which to apply development discipline, improve systems, test new approaches and build long-term value through hands-on experience.
Owning and operating the project keeps us close to the real decisions that determine performance over time. It creates a continuous feedback loop between strategy, operations, investment and market requirements.
